Payments & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the charter. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 72 hours or more before departure: full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before departure: non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Weather Policy
Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule at no cost or refund in full. Light rain alone is not grounds for cancellation.
No-Show Policy
Guests must arrive at the marina at the agreed time. No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late may forfeit the charter without refund.
Safety Rules
All guests must follow the crew's safety briefing. Life jackets are available on board. Glass containers and illegal substances are not allowed.
Liability
Guests participate in all water activities at their own risk. Bon Vibe Boat Tours and its crew are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings beyond the limits of our insurance.
